Because of the simplicity of the product, it has been easy for us to anticipate virtually all of the questions that members are likely to ask in our FAQs area. Please check the FAQs area to see if your question has already been asked before calling.

2. The BASI Members insurance product is available only to members after logging in to the Membership area on the BASI website. As such, Telephone Help staff may be able to talk you through the purchase process but you will have to expedite the transaction yourself.

Complaints

We aim to provide you with a first class policy and service. However, if you feel that we have not done so please tell us about it so that we can do our best to solve the problem. If you make a complaint your legal rights will not be affected.

Please supply us with your name, address, policy number and claim number where appropriate and enclose copies of relevant correspondence, as this will help us to deal with your complaint in the shortest possible time.
