Filing a Claim
We're sorry if an unfortunate event occurred during your
travels. If an event covered by your policy interfered with your
trip, simply file a claim and provide the necessary supporting
documents. We will process your claim as quickly as we can and will
be available to answer any questions you have.
BASI Members' insurance uses two underwriters, Mondial and TIF
(Travel Insurance Facilities) so you'll need to check who your
current policy is underwritten by.
Policies bought up to and including 30th November 2010 are
underwritten by Mondial and your policy number
will begin with the letters BASI.
Policies bought on or after 1st December 2010 are underwritten
by TIF and your policy number will begin with the
letters BT.
